1.Return and Exchange Policy:

At Danivi, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange any eligible item within 60 days of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags, certificates (if applicable), and packaging intact.

2.Return Eligibility:

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in "like-new" condition, with no signs of wear, resizing, or alteration by third parties.
  • All returns must include the original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and all other materials included with your purchase.
  • For loose diamonds, the original grading certificate must accompany the return. A replacement fee will apply if this document is missing.

3.How to Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team for return authorization. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and insured for the return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

4.Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). For international returns, customers are also responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the return shipment.

5.Refunds and Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you are exchanging an item, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as the return is processed.

Please note that custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or damaged.

7.Non-Resizable Designs:

8.International Returns:

We gladly accept returns from international customers. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return process.
